ABOUT PERFORMANCE
Alexander Technique has been practiced for a hundred years worldwide.
Frederick Matthias Alexander (1869-1955) was an actor, who lost his voice while acting. During a long time he was developing the complex of exercises, which not only helped him to restore the voice but also evolved into the methodology, revealing a new approach to the coordination and motion. That unique training is expected to help the actors, singers and musicians to release from the muscular tension and be more open and able to communicate within the performance.
