ABOUT PERFORMANCE
This is the culminating event of the Territory festival — the Russian premier of Karl Orff's (author of the famous Carmina Burana) oratorio A Play of the End of Time. It will be performed on the stage of the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall by a large festival orchestra and Mark Pekarsky Percussion Ensemble, a large choir composed of professional performers as well as student festival guests, as well as famous opera singers such as Natalia Zagorinskaya, Tatiana Kuinji, Veronika Gioeva, Julia Korpacheva, Marina Poplavskaya, Medea Yasonidi, Tatiana Gorbunova, and others; and actors-readers — Eugeni Mironov, Elena Morozova and Sergey Medvedev.
