The Dogma of Set Designer in Theatre
Why do we need a designer in the modern theatre? What is the function of the visual component of the theatre? The ‘readymade’, total installation, tactility, viewer’s disorientation, outof- theatre realities, changing relations between director and set designer, as well as other concepts that Kseniya Peretrukhina manifests as key for her activities and for the actual theatre in general. This workshop is addressed to set designers, directors and actors — to all participants of theatrical process.
