Theatre - primarily is the visual art: the spectator perceives the information with his eyes, so the actor needs to permanently control his body skills. According to Andrei Uraev, all the great theater directors - from Stanislavsky to Grotowski - considered the work on the body in the space as one of the most important subjects. The technique of dramatic actor is fundamentally different from the dancer`s technique. If in the basis of the dance is the stylized movement, then the main idea in the actor`s work is to return to nature, to achieve the natural physical condition at the stage.
